Thanks to new service.

Global logistics leader, UPS is expanding its My Choice Service to the Asia Pacific, including Australia, among other countries. The package-delivery management service can help consumers and consignees to track, schedule and redirect packages. It now has more than 52 million members worldwide.

UPS Australia and New Zealand managing director, Stephen Stroner said, “Australians are turning to e-commerce more than ever before with approximately 9.5 million Aussies now shopping online – nearly half of the population.

“Consumers are attracted to the flexibility of online shopping and we believe this is something that should extend to the delivery phase. UPS My Choice allows consumers to take full control of their deliveries for a more convenient buying experience.”

Users will receive email and text notifications that a delivery is on its way, a day before delivery alert and a delivery notification.
