Phillips Electronics Australia has just announced that its current accessories and peripherals distributor, Crest Electronics, will now be taking on its DLO range of accessories for iPod and iPhone, including compatible products for the new iPhone 3G S.
Sanjy De, senior manager, business development, Philips Consumer Lifestyle Australia, commented on how the strong relationship with Crest is continuing to grow.
“We have shared a very successful relationship over the past eight years, so it made perfect sense for Philips to look to Crest to expand the distribution of the DLO range of accessories,” he said.
“Crest has exceptional credentials, shown in the way they have taken Philips headphones to number one in Australia (sales units GfK January 2009). The extensive DLO range of iPhone and iPod soft and hard accessories gives Crest a real opportunity to expand their sales into the Australian market and become even more important to their retail partners.”
Greg Randle, Crest managing director, was also very happy about the news to distribute more of Philips products.

The Philips DLO range now already has new iPhone 3G S compatible products including: Cases –Jam Jackets, Action Jackets, VideoShell, HybridShell, FM Transmitters, Surface Shields and Power devices for car and home.
