On Friday Panasonic Australia announced a promotion where it was giving away free Nintendo Wii’s to customers who buy selected Panasonic VIERA plasma TVs, in addition to this consumers can now win a free Wii just by using Twitter.
Panasonic has just unveiled the next stage of its in-store Bonus Wii promotion, where it is giving away a free Wii every day from 29 June until 31 July 2009, to its Twiiter followers.
Panasonic’s Bonus Wii Daily Challenge will be giving away a total of 37 Wii consoles over the period for consumers who are judged to have answered the daily question with the most creativity and entertainment value.
The promotion can be accessed via Panasonics official Twitter page at www.twitter.com/panasonicau and entries for each day close at midnight, with the winner announced the following day.
Paul Reid, director, consumer electronics group, Panasonic Australia, commented on the promotion.
“The challenge is a way of thanking our early followers for their support, and demonstrates our ongoing commitment to engaging with our customers through social media,” he said.
