MELBOURNE: Fisher & Paykel has formed a new partnership with premium Melbourne food producer and importer, Raw Materials. The relationship sees Fisher & Paykel appliances on show in the new Raw Materials showcase kitchen.
Raw Materials – The Studio, is a premium demonstration kitchen, studio and events business managed by renowned chef and culinary trainer Glenn Flood.
The architect-designed studio was built in Footscray, Melbourne next to Raw Materials factory and will function as a professional cooking and food photography studio, as well as a public venue for product launches, private events or cooking classes.
The Raw Materials premium food distribution business itself was founded in 2002 by Andrew Gray.
Fisher & Paykel appliances fitted in the Raw Material studio kitchen include the Izona CoolDrawers and VentSurface, the new OB76 Designer Pyrolytic oversize ovens and Titan Cooktops and the French door ice and water refrigerator.
“Fisher & Paykel are delighted with this alliance. There is great synergy between the two companies, with both dedicated to inspiring consumers to cook, entertain and enjoy quality food,” said Fisher & Paykel national marketing manager, Peter Russell.
“This is part of a deliberate strategy by Fisher & Paykel to align itself with top caterers, chefs and foodies to support its premium cooking offering,” said Russell.
“We are excited to be involved with this beautiful new space, which we intend to use to showcase our appliances to our customers.”
