In latest partnership.

The National Retail Association (NRA) is partnering with HELP Enterprises in a bid to assist job seekers across South-East Queensland into work this Christmas.

Under the partnership, the NRA will act as a matchmaker between retailers offering casual jobs over the Christmas period and jobseekers who have been vetted by HELP for aptitude and skills.

NRA CEO Dominique Lamb said the initiative will benefit both retailers trying to meet increased demand over the busy holiday season and those seeking work.

“Although participants will only be employed on a casual basis, in many cases this will assist jobseekers with getting a much-needed foot in the door to paid employment.”

The casual recruitment campaign will run between now and Christmas.
