Magimix held an intimate afternoon high tea and evening gourmet dinner at the exclusive Club Millesime in the Sofitel Darling Harbour last week, paying homage to the brand’s French heritage through food and wine, with brand ambassador, David Bitton demonstrating the flagship Cook Expert.

The events were designed to showcase Magimix’s commitment to boosting brand awareness in Australia.

The afternoon high tea was attended by a select group of Sydney influencers who have reviewed Magimix products, created recipes and highlighted the features and benefits to their followers over the last year.

Magimix Australia managing director, Wivina Chaneliere said the high tea was a wonderful opportunity to communicate directly with the brand’s influencers and further build a relationship with them.

“During the high tea, David Bitton demonstrated how they can make their own high tea favourites at home in just 30 minutes. Together with our demonstrator Rose, David created French madeleines, mushroom vol au vents and salmon tartare, which were enjoyed by the guests to inspire them with creative ways to use the machine,” she said.

In the evening, Magimix hosted media and trade partners for a Burgundy dinner to showcase a different side of the Cook Expert while celebrating the brand’s French heritage. With the Burgundy region being the home of Magimix, they demonstrated how to create a Burgundian dinner at home in just 30 minutes.

“This time, David demonstrated the Cook Expert with our sales consultant, Vanessa, creating a tomato three-ways dish, Murray cod with creamy leeks, and strawberry mousse. These were also the dishes that our guests enjoyed on the evening,” Chaneliere said.

Being able to demonstrate the unique capabilities of the Magimix Cook Expert in person is a unique opportunity, especially for members of the media who are only beginning to learn all about this new category of small appliances, according to Chaneliere.

“As I said when I started with Magimix, I am committed to growing the cooking food processor category in Australia, as well as boosting awareness for the Magimix brand. We are staying true to our promise, and this is only the beginning,” she concluded.
