La Marzocco is introducing the La Marzocco Home x Acaia Connected Scale for owners of its Linea Mini coffee machine to brew coffee by weight.
Created in collaboration with Acaia, the Connected Scale is the epitome of precision and technological innovation. Designed to integrate with the Linea Mini, it offers a brew-by-weight feature, ensuring every espresso shot is brewed to perfection.
With its predictive algorithm, the Connected Scale communicates with the machine to predict the exact moment to stop the brewing process, delivering greater accuracy and efficiency. Users can customise their preferred espresso doses by setting up to two doses, or brew using continuous flow mode via the La Marzocco Home app.
La Marzocco is also launching the Pico espresso grinder, built on more than 90 years of tradition, blending simplicity, reliability, and quality with every grind.
Pico is equipped with a noise-reducing brushless induction motor, precise dose selection, programmability, and unique features like the adjustable magnetic portafilter fork and auto-close hopper.
Designed for ease of use, the Pico grinder features simple and precise control of the dose with a three-button interface, as well as easy and intuitive adjustment of the burrs. It is easily actuated using the portafilter, simplifying grinding process.
