JB Hi-Fi will welcome Christy Boyce as a non-executive director, effective 16 September 2023.
Boyce brings over 25 years of advisory experience in Australia and the United States with extensive involvement in retail, including pricing, online strategy and loyalty programs, as well as sales and marketing.
She was most recently a director and senior partner of Port Jackson Partners. Prior to this, she was a partner at McKinsey & Co, working in the firm’s Sydney, New York and Chicago offices, and was co-leader of retail/consumer goods.
Boyce is currently a non-executive director of CSR Limited, BAI Communications Australia, EMM Consulting and the SCEGGS Darlinghurst Trust. Her previous experience includes acting as non-executive director of ASX-listed companies Greencross Limited, Monash IVF Group and OneView Healthcare.

Boyce will stand for election at the next Annual General Meeting in October 2023. She will also join the company’s audit and risk management committee from 16 September 2023.
