Winning Appliances has celebrated the official opening of its newest shopfront in Indooroopilly with a ribbon cutting ceremony attended by key figures from the Winning Group and the Brisbane area.
Winnings officially opened the Indooroopilly showroom, which was formerly Ron Handley Retravision, on 7 February. The Indooroopilly Winning Appliances joins 8 other stores in the network including a second Queensland store in Fortitude Valley, as well as New South Wales shopfronts in Brookvale, Crows Nest, Narellan, Newcastle, Northmead, Redfern and Taren Point.

The event was attended by Winning Appliances CEO David Crane and Winning Group CEO John Winning as well as Brisbane Lord Mayor Graham Quirk and local councillor, Julian Simmonds.
Speaking at the opening, store manager Mel Spiteri said the store had maintained a strong customer base since leaving the Retravision name behind in September 2012 and coming over to the Winning Group.
“We would have the most repeat customers out of any shopfront I have been involved in — this has been built up by having great customer service and going the extra mile over a long period of time,” he said.
“Of course we still have the customers that are buying the complete kitchen package, but we also have the tradies who buy replacement washers or cooktops for their clients too.”
The showroom is the first Winning Appliances store to open on Sundays, and is located just west of the Brisbane CBD at Unit 1, 272 Moggill Road Indooroopilly.
