Fisher & Paykel has received awards for its Izona CookSurface and CoolDrawer at the 2009 Australian International Design Awards.
The awards recognise top of class innovation and design and Fisher & Paykel was one of six, in a field of 73, to receive a nomination for Australian International Design Award of the Year.
Although it did not win this accolade, it did however receive an award in the highly regarded consumer product category for its Izona CookSurface.
As well as this, its Izona CoolDrawer also received an Australian International Design mark.
“Fisher & Paykel’s dedication to design and innovation culminates with the premium Izona range,” said Peter Russel, national marketing manager, Fisher & Paykel.
“These particular products reflect all new ways of interacting with major appliances and allow for much kitchen design flexibility.”
