Perfect manual espresso preparation at home will soon be slightly easier thanks to Breville's new Razor accessory.
Similar in size to a credit card, the Razor is placed vertically on the grouphead post-grinding and tamping. By twisting the Razor 360 degrees, the packed grinds are levelled, meaning it is at optimal position for coffee extraction.

The Razor is an included accessory with the Breville Barista Express BES870. Breville has not yet revealed if it will be available separately in the future.
