Streaming service taken to a new level.
Big screen viewing just got bigger with Presto announcing its arrival on Fetch TV. It follows the launch of Fetch TV’s latest generation of set top boxes at a Sydney media event last week, which are expected to roll out into Harvey Norman, Domayne and Joyce Mayne stores.
Presto has also started streaming on the Gen 3 (Mighty) Fetch TV PVR that will be introduced on Gen 2 PVRs in early July along with the new Fetch TV Mini that launches next month.
From the integrated Presto app, customers can access TV shows and movies on their TV including recent arrivals express from the US.
“It provides customers with another way to enjoy over 8,500 hours of TV shows and movies,” Presto TV CEO Shaun James said.
“Through this partnership with Fetch TV, we are making it easy for all Australians to access Presto’s extensive entertainment library on the biggest screen in the house, with a simple click of their Fetch TV remote control.”
Fetch TV provides access to free-to-air TV, a 1TB personal video recorder, a video store in the home with over 5,000 movies to rent or buy, and access up to 38 subscription channels from major providers. The service is delivered over a broadband connection to the TV via a Fetch TV box.
For new subscribers, Presto is currently offering a one month free trial of the Preston Entertainment bundle subscription that provides access to its full TV and movie libraries.
