Breville has launched two new air frying products, the Air Fryer Chef Plus with 12 pre-set cooking functions and the All in 1 Compact Air Fryer Oven which adds air frying, slow cooking, dehydrating and more into one appliance.
Breville senior category manager, Natasha Del Roasario said, “Air frying has quickly become a game-changing cooking style that every home cook should have in their repertoire, and we are excited to bring to market two products that allow home cooks to create simple, elevated meals and experiment with different dishes in the kitchen. Both products are easy to use and packed with cooking functions.”
In addition to 12 pre-set cooking functions, the Air Fryer Chef Plus features a 4.8L detachable cooking pan and non-stick basket with a capacity to cook up to 2.2kg from a whole roast chicken to salmon fillets, potato chips, dehydrated fruit and more with variable temperature control up to 200 degrees Celsius. There’s also a custom option to save preferred temperature and time settings.
The All in 1 Compact Air Fryer Oven combines a variety of cooking capabilities. High temperatures and powerful convection make cooking times shorter while maintaining crispiness for air fried foods. With 10 pre-set cooking functions, this air fryer oven is designed for chicken wings, lamb shanks, dried fruits, vegetable chips, baked muffins and more. Accessories include a wire rack, two air fry baskets and baking tray, as well as access to a recipe e-book.
The Air Fryer Chef Plus and All in 1 Compact Air Fryer Oven are now available for RRP $299 and $369 respectively.
