Anker has launched the Anker EverFrost Powered Fridge range, which claims to be the world’s longest-lasting battery-powered portable fridge, which offers twice the storage capacity of a traditional fridge with no ice required.

EverFrost is available in 33L, 43L and 53L, with the latter incorporating dual zone cooling for cooling or freezing food and drinks.

With up to four charging methods, the EverFrost can be charged from zero capacity to 100% in just four hours via a wall power outlet or car socket.

“For Australians, heading out with a cool box of some sort, is just a way of life. But with the EverFrost range of fridges, we’re taking the experience to a whole new level. Thanks to Anker’s battery technology, we’re able to provide a complete refrigerant system that makes for the perfect partner for days away from home,” Anker Innovations Australia and New Zealand managing director, Gaspar Xie said.

“The Anker EverFrost Powered Fridge also offers fast and flexible recharge options and connectivity, with everything controllable via an app. It’s perfect for those long summer nights, and we’re confident Australians will think it’s cool.”

The EverFrost Powered Fridge is designed with a detachable 299Wh battery for fast cooling to keep food and drinks at optimal temperature for up to 42 hours. In addition to fast charging time via wall socket, rapid recharge is possible via 60W USB-C from 0 to 100% in 5.8 hours. The fridge can also be paired with Anker’s 625 Solar Panel (100W) to fully recharge with 3.6 hours of direct sunlight.

Anker EverFrost has a high-efficiency cooling compressor with a 7mm (0.2in) seal and 50mm (1.9in) insulation for rapid cooldowns. It takes just 30 minutes for food and drinks to chill from 25°C to 0°C.

EasyTow suitcase style handles make it easy to transport. The ergonomic handle can be extended for enhanced portability and with its durable 6-inch wheels, users can pull the fridge across rugged outdoor surfaces.

Users can control the fridge using the Anker mobile app, including temperature control, battery power status, power on/off, and voltage protection level. Two USB-A and one USB-C ports can charge electronics including phone, tablet, laptop, camera, drone and more.

The Anker EverFrost Powered Fridge is available from $1,499.95 for the EverFrost 30 (33L). The EverFrost 40 (43L) and EverFrost 50 (53L) retail for $1,699.95 and $1,999.95 respectively.
