Fisher & Paykel Australia employees will be returning to the office this week with the introduction of a hybrid work model that was outlined by chief operating officer, Jeremy Sargeant in a recent video interview with Appliance Retailer.
“It’s very exciting to return to the office – we have a lot of team members looking to get back to the office and socialising again,” he said.
“In some sense it has been a really long time but in other ways it has gone quite quickly.
“We have had to set up the office in a hybrid manner with a roster system so that we have the right social distancing and hygiene packs for everybody with the ability to ensure that we don’t have anybody turn up when they aren’t supposed to and if you come to work, you are sitting at a desk with the right amount of social distancing.
“This hybrid model – working from home and working in the office – will be seen throughout the course of this year.”
