ILVE has been chosen as the official cooking appliance partner for the Sydney Seafood School. ILVE has provided new pyrolytic touch control ovens, SuperInox cooktops, induction cooktops and island rangehoods.
ILVE marketing manager, Daniel Bertuccio said this partnership allows consumers to feel the difference that cooking on ILVE appliances makes and brings people together through a love of cooking.
“The Sydney Seafood School is all about bringing people together over great food, which is something that’s at the heart of what we do at ILVE. The classes are great for anyone and everyone to learn key cooking skills from some of Sydney’s best chefs and we are very excited to be the official appliance partner,” he said.
At Sydney Seafood School, based at the Sydney Fish Market, each cooking class includes a live cooking demonstration, a hands-on cooking experience and dining all in their bespoke culinary mezzanine overlooking the seafood auction auditorium.
Sydney Seafood School manager, Roberta Muir has praised the partnership saying it’s upped the ante of the whole cooking experience.
“This partnership allows us to offer an even better experience to our guests, we’re very excited to be adding ILVE’s premium appliances to our quality produce, highly experienced team of staff and guest chef presenters and beautiful facilities.”
Classes are open to all cooking levels and prices start at $90. There are over 300 classes a year, with a variety of cuisines on offer from Asian to Italian and cooking styles from sashimi to barbecue. The School also runs private experiences for corporate entertaining, staff team building or groups of friends and family wanting to do something different together.
