To meet customer demand.

Catch will expand its Chadstone pop-up concept store in Melbourne by doubling the floor space to 1,000 square metres and doubling the number of products to 1,000.

Catch Group CEO Nati Harpaz said, “We are so thrilled with the success of our pop-up store that we are doubling the size. We have had so many customers visiting our store that we have sometimes had to control the crowds.

“Entering the busiest shopping season of the year, we hope we will help shoppers get on top of their Christmas shopping early, with great brands at Australia’s greatest prices, across beauty, tech, fashion, toys and more.”

Located in the former Toys’R’Us site, the pop-up store is now one of the biggest in the shopping centre, which is Australia’s most visited shopping centre. The concept store will be open for trade until the end of January.

The store expansion is on the back of record Black Friday sales of $5 million, up from $2 million in 2017.

Catch has also just announced the launch of a personal loans vertical, powered by Now Finance.
