De’Longhi has successfully completed a 10 day roadshow across New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Victoria, and Western Australia.
The roadshow showcased a range of De’Longhi products including its fully automatic coffee machines, benchtop cooking appliances (MultiOven and MultiGrill) and Kenwood kitchen machines.
The De’Longhi team trained more than 600 retail floor staff and buyers across key national retailers in 30 hours of demonstrations and training. They were given hands-on experiences from creating espresso martinis and cake decorating to making waffles and pizza.
In a statement to Appliance Retailer, De’Longhi said, “The roadshow sees passionate retail advocates come together and experience an interactive and informative session to help build advocates among the key customer service platforms.
“Our events were positively received by the retailers and De’Longhi is looking forward to continuing the success of the roadshows and build in 2019.”
