Over 170 independent electronics and appliance retail experts and national partners gathered for the annual Leading Edge Electronics and Leading Appliances conference tradeshow held in Melbourne last weekend.
The three day event provided members with insights on how to keep pace with consumer trends and product demands, keynote addresses including Martin Grunstein on customer service, and a range of human resources and digital marketing presentations.
The gala awards ceremony recognised and honoured the individuals, businesses and vendors who had demonstrated a strong customer service focus and passion for business with a strong commitment to the Group during the past 12 months.
