The Smeg retro blender now has a new 600ml Bottle to Go accessory to use in place of the standard jug to blend and take drinks on the go.
The 800 watt blender with Tritan jug – or Bottle to Go attachment – features three pre-set functions (including Smoothie) and self-cleaning mode. The ice-crush function reduces the hardest ice blocks to ‘snow’ consistency in seconds, while the pulse function provides short bursts of maximum speed.
Other key features include smooth start function, detachable stainless steel blades, and dishwasher-safe parts. The blender also has a transparent lid, pouring hole, and measuring cup plus the safety lock, anti-slip feet and Tritan BPA-free jug that is impact, heat and scratch resistant.
Designed in collaboration with Milan-based design firm, Deep Design, the blender has won numerous international design awards including the Red Dot and the Good Design.
The blender is available for an RRP of $299 and the Bottle To Go attachment has an RRP $49.
