Aldi has been awarded Employer of Choice in the Australian Business Awards for 2018. The Awards recognise organisations that have developed leading workplaces, as such, Aldi has been acknowledged for its employee recruitment, engagement and retention.
In a company statement, Aldi said, “With 11,500 employees and growing, we are proud of the motivated and passionate workforce we have created over the year. All staff from stores to warehouses and our corporate offices have an important role to play in the success of our business.”
This award follows the announcement of Aldi being Australia’s most trusted brand, ahead of Bunnings and Kmart.
