Offline and online convergence is changing both the global and local market as never before seen.

The consumers of the internet-era make their decisions after consulting several sources of information such as websites, in-store displays, online reviews and social media.

According to the organisers of the sixth ‘Online Retailer Conference & eCommerce Expo 2014’, modern retailers cannot seclude their business within the space traced by bricks and cement, but instead should embrace the new challenges offered by eCommerce technology, digital marketing and e-retailing solutions.

The Expo that will be held at the Royal Hall of Industries and Hordern Pavilion located in Moore Park, Sydney, is aimed at helping the Australian retail industry to face the endless opportunities offered by digital technology. The event hosts over 150 exhibitors and 60 seminars over two days.
