Owned Whirlpool side by side Fridge/Freezer for almost 20 years and very satisfied with product. Renovated kitchen in 2014 and decided to upgrade to Ice & Water model (6WSC20). Nothing but issues with new unit and contacted Castell on 27 October (bad smell), 8 Decemeber (fauty valve, corrected on 23 Dec), 12 January (compressor gone) — STILL WAITING SETTLEMENT — refund promised (?) on 28 January 2015 — told today contact made on 23 January??? What is wrong with Castel Electronics — nothing happens week to week until I ring and complain yet again! Totally unimpressed with ‘customer service’!
