SYDNEY, NSW: Ilve has announced its sponsorship for the second year of the Crave Sydney International Food Festival (CSIFF), presented previously as the Good Food Month.

The month long celebration of food runs in October across various iconic city locations and features large scale food events, intimate dinners cooked by some of the world’s leading chefs and family activities.

Ilve has supplied six working stations that will be best put to use during the World Chef Showcase by chefs including Rick Stein, Luke Nguyen and Tetsuya Wakuda.

“This showcase is an amazing opportunity for us,” said Daniel Bertuccio from Ilve marketing.

“The absolute cream of the international crop will be there along with Australia’s best, I can’t wait to see what such cooking icons come up with on our kitchens.”

Kitchen suppliers are now more than ever eager to sponsor public cooking events where they can showcase their wares in action, cement their brand and drive consumers through retailer doors.

The success of cooking shows, famous chefs and Australia’s increasingly popular passion for all things food means these opportunities are highly sought after.

Supporting food festivals is high on the Ilve agenda this year with a host of other food and wine shows being sponsored across Australia.

The CSIFF program will be made available tomorrow to the public.
