BSamsung has just released the B3310 mobile handset, which is oriented towards younger consumers who are obsessed with SMS and social networking.
The new B3310 handset is designed to keep consumers in constant contact with friends and make social networking easier. The unit features a slide out QWERTY keypad for easy texting, Pop-Up SNS technology, easy access to social media and a small and slim form factor.
According to Samsung, the B3310 is perfect for Facebook, Flickr and Twitter fans due to its community page which gives you 24/7 access to online networks and negates the need for numerous log-ins.
The Pop-Up SNS technology also gives consumers immediate access to pop-up notifications, which work like SMS messages to alert you to the latest updates.
Other features include the threaded text function to view conversations divided by contacts, built-in MP3 player, FM radio, video recorder, 2-megapixel camera and Bluetooth compatibility.
The Samsung B3310 is now available exclusively through the Optus network for RRP $149 and comes in two colours, Titan Grey and Jade Green.
