SYDNEY, NSW: Jaycar Electronics has found its niche in do-it-yourself projects and gadgets and is working the niche well. The company has just opened its 60th and 61st stores in Australia and New Zealand.
The new Croydon store is located at 700 Parramatta Road, Croydon, NSW. The Coffs Harbour store is at Shop 7, The Bailey Centre, 150 Pacific Highway, Coffs Harbour, NSW.
These are medium-sized open plan stores that have been fitted with the interactive displays developed to provide uniformity across all the stores and build the distinctive Jaycar Electronics brand. These new stores will be open seven days a week and feature plenty of customer parking with disabled access to the stores.
“This is a major development for Coffs Harbour meeting a market demand and interest in electronic gadgetry,” said Coffs Harbour store manager, Scott Graham. “Jaycar Electronics has recently opened a number of stores in various areas of Australia and saw Coffs Harbour as an opportunity to add to its stable of stores.
“We are looking forward to becoming an integral part of the Coffs Harbour local community and developing strong relationships within the region so our customers can physically inspect products instead of purchasing them online.”
The Jaycar Electronics range includes quirky gadgets, electronic components, car and home audio, power products, automotive accessories as well as alternative energy, security, computer and outdoor products.
