According to the recent ‘mid range vacuum review’ published by Choice magazine, Hoover featured in the ‘What to Buy’ section and scored very highly amongst top competition.

According to the review, the Hoover Freemotion TFB2223, placed in the overall top 4 of recommended units scoring 74 per cent.

The judging criteria factored in many performance features like dirt removal from carpet, ease of use, cleaning corners and edges, pet hair removal and noise.

The results demonstrated that the Hoover Freemotion was excellent at cleaning corners and along edges, good at picking up dirt from carpet, has excellent controls located within fingertip reach, variable power and on-board storage for tools.

Although the Hoover model had an overall score slightly below entries from Bissel, Electrolux and Dyson, the Freemotion outperformed these models when it came to cleaning corners and edges, with a score of 92 per cent, the highest of all 16 models tested.

Damien Court, director of Hoover Floorcare Asia Pacific, was very pleased with the result and the recognition that Hoover’s Freemotion received.

“I am glad to report that the Freemotion ranked in the ‘What to Buy’ section of the Choice mid range vacuum review,” he said.

Court also emphasised that the key product highlights are found in the entire Freemotion range.

“Many of the points raised apply to the entire range of Freemotions, due to common performance platform, which is then differentiated by features within the 5 models in the range.”

The Freemotion TFB2223 is currently available for RRP $349.
