TV personality and financial commentator, David Koch, will be the opening speaker for the PMA conference, held in conjunction with the PMA Australia Imaging Technology Show. It is the largest photo imaging equipment and materials show in the Southern Hemisphere.
Koch will address the issues of “The Global Economy and Its Impact on Australia’s Social, Political, Environmental, and Economic Factors.” Through his ‘Kochie’s Business Builders’ program, David will discuss the global economic environment and the impact on Australia
PMA Australia director, Peter Rose, said: “David has proved time and time again his ability to nail the cold realities of an issue. When our industry is facing such challenging times, we are particularly delighted he has accepted our invitation to open our first main keynote session with sound financial information. We are confident that our retailers will find in this session the right tools for them to go out and improve their businesses.”
Koch is co-host of the Channel Seven Sunrise morning show which is networked around the country. He founded Personal Investment magazine and My Business magazine. He also provides business and financial commentary for several publications, including Pacific Magazines and AFR Smart Investor. Koch was also a director of the Small Business Development Corporation of NSW for eight years.
The PMA events for retailers, distributors, photographers and business connected to the imaging industry will be held in Sydney from 25-28 June at the Darling Harbour Convention and Exhibition Centre.
