JBL have just announced the introduction of three new loudspeaker models into their ES speaker series.

This expansion has come off the back of growing sales figures, and the three new models, ES90, ES30 and ES10, complete the existing lineup.

JBL claim the new ES Series loudspeakers deliver accurate performances – with dramatically reduced distortion for incredibly realistic sound – thanks to their PolyPlas™ woofers, midrange driver, and titanium-laminate tweeter.

Their respective woofers deliver deep, powerful, accurate bass response, and an ultrahigh-frequency driver extends response out to 40kHz, apparently making them perfect for the latest high-definition recordings and broadcasts.

Their tweeters are mounted in JBL’s proprietary Elliptical Oblate Spheroidal™ (EOS) waveguide to improve high-frequency dispersion anywhere in the listening room.

The recommended retail prices are $2,199 for the ES90, 4-Way, Dual 200mm (8”) Floorstanding Loudspeaker, $799 for the ES30, 3-Way, 170mm (6”) Bookshelf Loudspeaker, and $599 for the ES10, 3-Way, 100mm (4”) Wall-Mount Surround Satellite/Bookshelf Loudspeaker.

All models will be introduced in February 2009.
