BRISBANE: Showing no signs of concern over speculation of a retail sales slowdown, Crest Electronics is aiming to sell its way through any tough times by boosting its sales department with three key appointments.

“Despite the CE industry experiencing a recent softening in consumer spending, Crest Electronics continues to re-structure its organisation for growth,” said Crest Electronics managing director, Greg Randle.

“Crest Electronics has recently added to its sales department with three new appointments designed to further expand the business and to provide its trade partners with excellence in service, value and support,” he continued.

Craig Kingshott has been appointed as general manager – Sales. Over the past 15 years Kingshott has held senior management positions in companies including Sega Ozisoft, CTG Group, Pioneer Electronics as well as being founder and managing director of Micra Digital Pty Ltd which was later acquired by Belkin Ltd (USA) and became Belkin Ltd Australia.

Shane Walters was hired as national account manager. Prior to joining Crest, Walters held senior sales positions with a number of large organisations including national business manager with Telstra Mobile, WA state manager with BSL and most recently Qld state operations manager with Bridgestone.

Jason Leuzzi is the new national business manager responsible for the Sony portfolio of product. Leuzzi spent the past eight years in national office with Sony as a business development manager and more recently as the national training manager.
