MELBOURNE: GUD managing director, Ian Campbell, today confirmed that the replacement CEO of Sunbeam will be announced on Monday, without a statement to the Australian Stock Exchange.
In an interview with Current.com.au today, Campbell confirmed the departure of Jonathan Lord and said he was unable to comment on the circumstances surrounding the departure.
“We will be putting something out on Monday, that’s when we will be making the announcement about Jack’s replacement,” he said.
Campbell confirmed that the announcement will not be placed on the Australian Stock Exchange.
“This is not an ASX-related matter, it is an internal management issue,” he said.
