MELBOURNE: Glen Dimplex and celebrity chef Geoff Jansz appear to have parted ways, with Jansz’s endorsement no longer to be a feature of the company’s Stoves cooking range advertisements.
According to Glen Dimplex, the chef’s name, comments and photographs are to be purged from the Stoves media kit, with all media outlets advised to dispose of any kit received prior to this month.
While no comment was available on the reason for the split, it appears not be amicable, as Current.com.au understands lawyers are now involved in the process.
A Glen Dimplex spokesperson also said there would be no celebrity endorsement of Stoves’ new range, due out at the end of this year.
