SYDNEY: Fujitsu General has today announced the appointment of Philip Perham to its Australian board of directors. This appointment is effective immediately.
Perham has been with the company for nine years, starting as a sales executive. After a promotion to state manager Queensland, Perham was then appointed general manager in 2003. Initiatives led by Perham in this time included arranging sponsorship agreements with the Fujitsu Racing V8 Supercar team and the Fujitsu V8 Supercar series. Perham also was instrumental in Fujitsu General becoming the patron sponsor of the Sporting Chance Cancer Foundation.
Fujitsu also states that over the last nine years, Perham has overseen growth in the company’s air conditioner business, which was driven by his marketing activity.
He was congratulated on his appointment by Fujitsu General Australia managing director, Etsuro Saito.
