SYDNEY: Australia’s top five camcorder and digital still camera brands have been revealed in the lead up to the Electrical Retailing Awards (ERAs). A nationally-representative panel of retailers voted to determine this year’s Best Imaging Supplier.
The top five suppliers are determined on the basis of their total sales value in the category, as reported by GfK. Last year’s Best Imaging Supplier ERA winner was Sony.
The five brands in contention this year are, in alphabetical order: Canon, JVC, Olympus, Panasonic and Sony.
The winner of this award was decided by a judging panel representing all major retail groups from all over Australia including Retravision, Betta Electrical, The Good Guys, Harvey Norman and NARTA members.
