SYDNEY: Canon Australia will offer retailers a new online training module in their e-Learning Centre for their laser printer range as of this month.
The module covers laser printer functionality basics and a look at Canon’s proprietary technology, including Instant Warm-Up, CAPT (Canon Advanced Printing Technology) and A.I.R (Automatic Image Refinement). The online training is free for Canon resellers.
Retailers who complete the course can also enter a competition to win a LBP 5100 colour laser printer and a $200 Red Balloon Gift Certificate, which gives the winner a chance to choose from more than 2,000 adventure experiences, ranging from helicopter flights to motor car racing, cooking classes and hot air balloon trips.
To win the prizes, resellers who successfully complete the module will be asked two questions, with the retailer who provides the best responses chosen as the winner. Entries are open to Australian resident reseller staff registered with the Canon e-Learning Centre.
