SYDNEY: Sharp Corporation today announced it will be giving away a free return flight to selected destinations throughout Australia with every ‘Piano Black’ Aquos LCD television in sizes from 32-inch to 52-inch, purchased from this month until the end of the year.
The ‘Fly Free With Sharp’ promotion went into effect October 1 and will be supported in store with point of sale air-travel themed material.
“The beauty of this promotion is that the free return flight is not part of a competition, it is purely an added value incentive designed to assist retailers in selling the benefits of the Aquos range to consumers,” said Sharp Corporation of Australia deputy managing director, Denis Kerr.
“Sales staff will even be provided with ‘Ask me about Aquos’ boarding passes which explain to purchasers how to claim their free return flight.”
The relevant Sharp TV models for this promotion are: LC32PD5X, LC37PD5X, LC42PD7X, LC46PD7X, LC52PD7X, LC32D53X, LC37D53X, LC37D63X, LC42D63X, LC46D63X, LC42D83X, LC46D83X or LC52D83X.
