SYDNEY: Specialist gaming retailer Electronics Boutique Games (EB Games) has issued a national recall of a Powerwave-branded power adaptor for designed for Sony’s PlayStation Portable (PSP) after learning that the adaptor may have electrical faults.
The affected units were sold to consumers through EB Games from 17 January this year and customers have been asked to immediately cease using the item and return it to any EB Games store for a full refund.
The faulty power supply was sold as an add-on or replacement continuous power supply or the PSP enabling users to play on AC power or recharge their PSP’s batteries.
