ALICE SPRINGS: A survey conducted by Telstra among customers of its key retail channel partners has voted Retravision the highest in terms of customer satisfaction when compared to retailers including Leading Edge and FoneZone.
In his presentation to the Retravision Seminar this afternoon at the Alice Springs Convention Centre, Telstra dealer channel director, Stephen Eyears released data from 300 customers from each of the Leading Edge, Fone Zone and Retravision as well as 350 customers from other Telstra dealer channels.
“Retravision, if there was ever a time to pat on the back, you can do it now. You have the most satisfied customers than any partner in our dealer channel,” Eyears said.
“However, from the research if there is anything you could do better, customers want a broader range of products, want to understand pricing better, want better product knowledge and better explanations around the products.
