SYDNEY: Sanyo Oceania has launched the Amazing Slim TV 21-inch CRT television, which features a 30 per cent reduction in depth compared to conventional CRT televisions.
“The 68cm Super Slim TV released earlier this year proved hugely popular, with units being sold out in just weeks in some cases,” said Sanyo managing director Australia and New Zealand, Bill Crichton.
“We’re very excited to release the 21-inch Amazing Slim TV to complement our extensive range of other CRT and LCD televisions. The Amazing Slim TV’s combination of space-saving design and CRT technology provides the sleek styling common to LCD and plasma, at an affordable $349.”
The Amazing Slim TV features AV stereo surround sound, auto-tuning upon first operation, terminals for audio, video, S-video, component and headphones, monitor out, subwoofer out and childlock.
The Sanyo Amazing Slim TV is available from Big W, Kmart and Target stores.
