The recently launched Smoking Gun from Breville infuses food and drinks with the natural smoke flavour and aroma of applewood or hickory. It is ideal for adding a finishing touch to meat, seafood, vegetables, sauces and cocktails, and works best with foods and alcohol with a higher fat content.

Use the flavour of Applewood for delicate meats such as prosciutto, cheese, nuts, seafood and alcoholic drinks. While the strong essence of Hickory is ideal for rich foods like beef, chicken, antipasto, butter and aioli.

The Smoking Gun is battery operated, with dual speed for ignition and slow burn. The large burn chamber is simple to load and remove to tap out ash after each burn cycle.

Building on an original design from the culinary division of Breville-owned PolyScience, the Smoking Gun features a metal smoke path for optimised performance and longevity, as well as a robust housing and stable integrated base. Lightweight for fast and effective smoking without adding heat, recipe cards are included for inspiration.
