Nescafe Dolce Gusto has appointed a marketing group to promote and merchandise its machines and drinks to key retailers nationally. G and S Marketing will use state based sales teams to demonstrate the closed portion machines and capsule beverages to management and store staff at Harvey Norman, The Good Guys and JB Hi-Fi stores.

Nescafe Dolce Gusto offers more than just a coffee experience with both hot and cold drinks in a selection of flavours including Nesquik chocolate, peach tea and Chai tea latte.

Capsules are the fastest growing segment for in-home coffee in Australia with a CAGR (compound annual growth rate) from 2010-2015 up 37% versus total in-home coffee at 7.6% according to Nielsen and Nestlè data.

Nescafe Dolce Gusto was launched in Ocotober 2012 and as of July 2016 has achieved a 34% market share according to the latest GfK data. Sales for July 2016 rose 79% compared to July 2015.
