An electric flame effect heater supplied by Link Technology.net Pty Ltd under the Evantair brand name has been recalled due to a risk of fire.
The model code for this heater is EFEH110.
According to the ACCC's dedicated product recalls website, "There is a possibility of a high resistance joint in the fuse holder, which can cause it to overheat and possibly catch fire."

This product was on sale from the end of March 2012 through until 4 June 2012 at Sam's Warehouses nationwide.
"Consumers should cease using the fireplace heater immediately and disconnect it from the power supply," advises the product recalls website. "Please phone 1300 429 394 between 9am and 4pm (weekdays AEST) to log your details and receive instructions explaining how to return your product and receive a refund."
