As part of the Samsung Sound campaign, which is centered around the company’s new multi-room speaker system, consumers who purchase an eligible product will have the chance to win free tickets to one of three Samsung Sound concerts.
Consumers who purchase a Samsung Multiroom Hub or a M5 or M7 Multiroom speaker from selected retailers can enter to win a double pass to one of the three events depending on the time of product purchase:
- Jinja Safari in Sydney on 2 August 2014 (competition period: 14 June to 18 July 2014)
- Fight Facilities in Melbourne on 21 September 2014 (competition period: 19 July to 7 September 2014)
- Cloud Control in Sydney on 24 October 2014 (competition period: 8 September to 12 October 2014)
The promotion reinforces Samsung’s push to promote the social experience of listening to music through the new system.
At the product launch Brad Wright, director of audio visual for Samsung Electronics Australia said the social experience around the consumption of music was an important element in the design and use of Samsung audio products.
“Everything that’s great about music is a social experience, think about all your great memories that revolve around the consumption of music usual involve people other than just yourself.
“The social experience of music is always something that adds to our enjoyment of it and that’s really important for us from a Samsung sound point of view, that’s really what it’s all about,” Wright said.
The promotion also gives retailers the chance to create a unique in-store display and demonstrate how to use the system, which is controlled through Samsung’s Multiroom Link App to wirelessly send sound to different speakers throughout the home.
To enter the competition, consumers need to upload a copy of their sales receipt.
The competition is running from 14 June to 12 October 2014 and consumers have 14 days from date of purchase to enter online.
