Russell Hobbs has been crowned the winner for ‘Most Satisfied Customer’ in the 2020 Canstar Blue awards for toasters and kettles. It is the second consecutive year that Russell Hobbs has won this award.

Brands including Breville, De’Longhi, Kambrook, Sunbeam, Big W, Kmart and Target were rated on performance, design, ease of use, ease of cleaning (toasters), noise (kettles), value for money, functions and features, as well as overall customer satisfaction. There were 3,000 Australians who participated in the Canstar survey.

Russell Hobbs received five stars for overall satisfaction for both toasters and kettles. In the toaster category, the brand was also recognised with top marks for ease of use, design, and function and features and in the kettle category, for boiling performance, ease of use, quietness, design, and functions and features.

Russell Hobbs brand and communications manager, Dean Hammerton said, “We are thrilled to receive this accolade two years in a row as voted by the Australian public. We are proud that our technology advancements and quality designs continued to be recognised by so many as we continue to lead as Australia’s favourite in the toaster and kettle category.”

Russell Hobbs recently launched a range of new kettles, including the Brita Glass Kettle with built-in water filter system to reduce limescale and chlorine, as well as the on-trend Brooklyn Toaster with matte black finish and black copper accents.
