Three lucky kids will not have to steal anyone’s pic-a-nic baskets should they be a winner of Kambrook’s Yogi Bear colouring in competition, which opened today at participating Event Cinemas. Kambrook is using this film’s expected popularity with youngsters and their parents to promote its Little Chefs range of novelty appliances.

There are three age groups covered in this competition: 0-4 years, 5-8 years and 9-13 years. The best entry from each range will win one Little Chefs appliance. There’s the Shimmy Milkshake Maker for the very young, the Crazy Crunch Cookie Press for the intermediates and the Sugar & Spice Doughnut Maker for the tweens.

Kambrook marketing manager Adam Tacey said this promotion was a great way for Kambrook to promote its novelty appliances directly to its target market.

“The colouring-in competition provides the ideal platform for us to promote our Little Chefs range to kids and their parents and the perfect synergy with our messaging around encouraging families to enjoy doing things together,” he said.

The competition runs through until 26 January 2011. As with all competitions, it’s best to check with Kambrook directly for all the terms and conditions.
