“Taste of Sydney is Sydney’s premier food festival attracting up to 25,000 visitors each year,” said a Taste of Sydney statement. “Over 20 of Sydney’s best restaurants will fashion special menus of starter sized dishes for the occasion, including signature dishes created by chefs to specially reflect their philosophy and showcase seasonal and premium ingredients in an unbeatable alfresco gourmet setting.”
These chefs include Peter Kuruvita, Manu Feildel and Chu Lee Luk.
Miele will be hosting a VIP Lounge at the show, which requires a special purchased ticket. Benefits of this ticket include priority entry, access to the Lounge, two complimentary drinks and $30 worth of ‘Crowns’. The Crown is the currency within Taste of Sydney. This ticket costs $100.
