SYDNEY: LG Electronics is to be honoured with three trophies at the prestigious 2007 European Imaging and Sound Association (EISA) Awards to be held at the 2007 IFA show in Berlin on 1 September 2007.
Following an extensive judging process by 50 independent members of the jury, including prominent European photography, video, audio, home theatre and mobile electronics magazines, it was announced that LG Electronics will be awarded top honours in the ‘European HD Player 2007-2008’ for its BH100 Super Multi Blue Player (BH100), ‘European Compact System 2007-2008’ for its FB162 Micro System and ‘European Personal Media Player 2007-2008’ for its FM37 Touch Screen MP3 Player.
“LG is delighted to once again be honoured for its strategic focus and progressive leadership in design,” said LG Electronics Australia general manager – marketing, Paul Jenkins.
“The EISA Awards are highly acknowledged for their credibility and appreciation for the ever-changing designer needs of the consumer market. Receiving such prestigious industry recognition is a testament to LG’s commitment in delivering an uncontested innovative product range .

LG has previously won EISA Awards, taking home three trophies last year for its 42-inch Plasma TV, Flat Wall-Mounted Projector and RH200MHS Digital Video Recorder.
