After being unveiled at CES 2024, Hisense has confirmed its 2024 TV range will be available in local retail stores from this month.

Hisense Australia and New Zealand head of marketing, Gideon Lui said, “Our 2024 TV range is a true testament to the ongoing research and development into the technology that truly sets our adaptive home entertainment offering apart. We are incredibly proud to announce our new 2024 TV range as the best performing and most premium fit for the modern Australian home.”

Hisense’s most innovative TV range to date includes its ULED line-up comprising the flagship UX, the U8 and U7 Series. In addition to the inclusion of QLED Quantum Dot, Dolby Vision IQ and 144Hz as standard, IMAX Enhanced Certification – previously reserved for the U8 Series and above – is now available across the range.

Hisense’s 2024 ULED TV range features Mini LED technology with class-leading Mini-LED X technology in its flagship model (65UXAU, 75UXAU, 85UXAU). A 110-inch model (110UXAU) will also be released later this year.

The flagship Mini LED UXAU TVs deliver an unparalleled level of image detail, clarity, and depth thanks to 20,000 backlights delivering 2,500+ nits of brightness with 5,000+ dimming zones.

Equipped with Hisense’s Dynamic X Display, the flagship model’s screen is capable of five times less reflection and offers over one billion unique colours. This is further enhanced by HDR10+ and Dolby Vision IQ, as well as IMAX Enhanced certification.

The U8NAU, available in 65-inch to 85-inch from May, boasts a new streamlined aesthetic for 2024, with audio capabilities located towards the rear of the unit, utilising up-firing speakers and a built-in subwoofer for an immersive audio experience.

Now boasting 1,000+ dimming zones and up to 3,000 nits of peak brightness – formerly 500+ and 1,300 respectively in 2023 – customers will benefit from enhanced contrast, clarity, and control from the U8 Series.

Closing out the premium ULED range, the U7 Series, available from April, will continue to be offered in screen sizes from 55-inch up to 100-inch. Iterating on the outgoing model, Hisense has tripled the number of dimming zones, with the 300+ built into the U7NAU bringing enhanced levels of contrast.

In response to continued demand for large screen TVs, Hisense’s U6NAU is available across two size options, 55-inch to 85-inch. Hisense has also introduced a new 100-inch model, the 100Q7NAU, which features 144hz QLED Quantum Dot and Full Array backlit screen.

Equally, following demand from customers with smaller living spaces, a 65-inch model is also being introduced. Both UX options will be available to customers in 2024, with the 65-inch available from May.

Hisense has introduced a new solar remote, compatible with its wider ULED TV and soundbar range conveniently located on the front to harness ambient light in the remote’s natural resting position to ensure continuous charge for uninterrupted functionality. The remote also incorporates USB-C charging.

The operating system of all Hisense TVs has been streamlined for 2024, with the proprietary operating system, VIDAA U7, featured across the entire range, including UHD and ULED. VIDAA TV will grant access to local and international content free of charge. With ultra-fast responsiveness and TÜV Rheinland Certified privacy protection, VIDAA U7 ensures a seamless viewing experience.

For gaming enthusiasts, Hisense’s Game Mode Pro will feature across the U7 Series U7NAU and above, activating essential features as soon as the latest gaming consoles are plugged in. The new Hisense Game Bar pops up in place of the usual on-screen settings when gaming consoles or PCs are in-use, allowing gamers to see which features are active and track frames per second (FPS).

“We are committed to consistently innovating in the home entertainment category, always looking to level up to meet and exceed customer expectations. It makes sense to invest in technology that fits seamlessly into the lives of our customers and their needs, be that colour control, connectivity or anti-glare capabilities,” Lui added.

“Year on year, we continue to delight with the quality and breadth of our range – with the aim of setting a new benchmark for immersive entertainment and delivering premium TVs for every Australian home.”
