Electrolux has launched its first 6-star energy rated refrigerator, the Electrolux 496L UltimateTaste 500 bottom freezer fridge in matte black, with inverter technology and vacuum insulation engineered for enhanced energy efficiency.
EvenTemp technology is designed to minimise temperature fluctuations. By cooling each shelf individually, a consistent temperature is maintained throughout the entire compartment, preserving food taste and texture for longer.
The TasteGuard deodoriser uses a carbon filter to keep the fridge fresh, hygienic and free from unwanted odours, while the TasteLockAuto crisper helps maintain the right humidity levels for fruit and vegetables by removing excess moisture, reducing condensation and in turn, keeping produce fresher for longer.
FlexStor allows households to customise their fridge with adjustable door bins and shelves. Different sized compartments, including a half-width dairy compartment with lid and bottle bin, can accommodate both small and large items. There’s also a Multi Zone Deli compartment designed specifically for artisan cheese, cured meats and deli items.
The fridge’s matte black design complements any kitchen aesthetics with an integrated side pocket handle for smooth design flow and simplified opening and closing.
