Eco-friendly energy solutions company, EcoFlow has launched two new smart devices, the Wave 2 and Glacier in Australia.
With energy-efficient, removable, rechargeable batteries, the new devices bring indoor luxury to outdoor adventures by revolutionising off-grid experiences.
The EcoFlow Glacier is a world-first three-in-one portable fridge, freezer, and ice maker. A CES 2023 Innovation Awards Honoree, Glacier has a powerful compressor which cools from 30°C to 0°C in 15 minutes, while the built-in ice maker can produce 18 ice cubes in 12 minutes. The 298Wh plug-in battery allows 40 hours of refrigeration or 19 hours of below-freezing temperatures on a single charge.
Two internal storage compartments with independent temperature controls allow simultaneous refrigeration and freezing. Users can also select different modes to suit their needs, including max mode and eco mode.
Glacier’s suitcase design (detachable handle and wheels included) allows it to be wheeled around with ease. For added convenience, with the plug-in battery, it can also be used as a charger for small devices. The Glacier can be charged by AC, DC, solar panels, or power stations.
The EcoFlow Wave 2 is the first portable air conditioner to offer both heating andcooling, as well as the fastest temperature regulation of any product of its kind.
As well as 5100 BTU cooling, Wave 2 boasts powerful 6100 BTU heating. Capable of heating an area of 10m2 from 20°C to 30°C in just five minutes or cool the space from 30°C to 20°C in the same amount of time.
The compact Wave 2 is 22% smaller than its predecessor features a removable 1159Wh add-on battery delivers up to eight hours of runtime, while EcoFlow’s advanced software algorithm offers a range of modes including fast mode, eco mode and sleeping mode.
The unit can be charged by AC, car outlet, or portable power station delivering a runtime of up to 18 hours when connected to an EcoFlow power station. It can also be charged via up to 400W solar input.
EcoFlow Glacier and Wave 2 are now available for purchase online from the EcoFlow webstore, Amazon and eBay, as well as retailers including Anaconda, Battery World and Harvey Norman for RRP $1,499 and $1,999 respectively.
Purchases made between 18 July and 30 July from EcoFlow’s webstore or Amazon will come with a bonus gift; a free camping trolley with the Glacier and a free camping chair with the Wave 2.
